Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Customer or Merchant can cancel any booking/appointment and Tarmata will not levy any cancellation charges for such requests.
  • The customer can cancel the booking even after the merchant has confirmed the booking. In such case Tarmata will refund the payment within 7-10 working days from date of cancellation.
  • The customer can cancel the booking till 2 hours before the Booking time; after that booking cannot be cancelled. In such a case no money will be refunded to the customer.
  • In case any customer or merchant cancels any Booking/appointment made through Tarmata App, Tarmata App is not liable to pay to merchants for any damage/loss.
  • The booking charges will be refunded to customer's account within 5-7 working days from the date of cancellation request.
  • In case user, does not show for the appointment booked with a lab (both, lab visit and home visit), without cancelling the appointment; no amount will be refunded.
  • Tarmata reserves the right to make the final decision to refund.
  • Tarmata reserves the right to change or amend the cancellation & the refund policy at any time.
